8. Corporative disputes, share capital.

Within the scope of legal assistance in case of corporative disputes the following services are offered:

• Appeal of illegal decisions of a company’s authority: stockholders meeting (participants), committee of directors, executive committee, director general (appeal of decisions on issue and distribution of securities (shares, bonds) by a company etc.);
• Appeal of illegal decisions of a company’s authority (violation of right to take part in meetings, violation of right to get acquainted with a company’s materials, failing to distribute profits etc.);
